Measurements lying flat: Bust: 23.5 inches. Length (from nape of neck to bottom hem): 41 inches. Policies and Disclosures: RETURNS: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. I provide measurements on all my clothing items so that you, as the buyer, can make an informed decision about your purchase.
